



The investments
we make are for persons who, for various reasons, cannot obtain bank loans
to reorganise debts or who wish to invest, and who wish to hold on to their
main permanent home.
In the contract we propose :
1- To buy this property
at a maximum price corresponding to 70% of its market value leaving them the
possibility of buying it back at any time at a pre-arranged price. We then
let the home to them at a rental that cannot exceed one third of the declared
income.
2- The total amount of
the transaction corresponds to the sum equivalent to the repayment of their
debt or to their investment, plus 28 months projected rent and registration
fees.
3- A notarised lease is
signed, followed by an offer to purchase the property with a security deposit
equivalent to 28 months' rent.
